    You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or invoice, to verify the purchase.

    Certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange. These include customized items, special orders, or items that have been worn or altered in any way.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization:
    After confirming your return eligibility, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include this RA number with your returned item to help us process your return quickly.

  3. Shipping the Return:
    You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return the item. PiagetPurity.com is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the same return procedure outlined above and specify the item you would like in exchange. If there is a price difference, we will either issue a partial refund or request an additional payment, depending on the exchange details.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and the availability of stock.

Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
